Step 4: Psilocybin Administration
Administration sessions are accompanied by a Licensed Clinical Facilitator with extensive experience as a mental health professional, including specialized training in renegotiating the effects of trauma. These sessions can be 6-8 hours in duration and are accompanied for the duration.
Step 2:Intake Evaluation
This begins and builds the foundation of the therapeutic relationship, essential for deep therapeutic work. We will explore current concerns, mental health and experience history, and discuss the role psilocybin might play in your goals, personal work, and overall mental health. This is eligible for insurance coverage.
Step 5: Journey Integration
Post-journey sessions to support your experience and encourage continued growth and healing. One integration session is included in the overall cost, while additional sessions may be eligible for insurance coverage.
Step 3: Preparation Sessions
The therapeutic relationship deepens with prep work for your psilocybin journey. We explore goals and intentions in depth as we continue to build safety and connection within the relationship and space. Number of prep sessions can vary depending on needs, and is something we determine together. One prep session is included in the overall cost; others are eligible for insurance coverage.
Step 5: Long-term Integration
Integration can be long term, and may or may not include therapy. Continued sessions are optional, can be done with other therapists or providers, and can continue to support ongoing insights and growth.
